SmugMug (our hosting site) uses Bay Photo amd EZ Prints both professional print labs to process print orders for us. SmugMug provides a secure ordering web site and sends the order immediately to the print lab, the print lab prints within a couple of days and sends the print order directly to your address. Some common questions and answers, specific to this site:

You don't offer the print size I want, are there other sizes?
For most galleries we are only offering 4x6, 5x7, 8x10 and digital downloads. Other sizes and printed merchandise are available; please email me with your requests.

What if I want to crop the picture to a slightly different perspective?
During checkout you will be given the option of cropping the print a little tighter.

There is something I don't like about an image, is there anything you can do?
Contact me and tell me about it, often I can fix what is bothering you or I may have another image that was taken right before or after that you may like better. I do not post every image I shoot.

Do you offer packages?
For some events we will be offering packages for customers who are looking to order more than a couple of prints. If you have a requirement for a large number of prints or downloads please email me with details of what you are looking for and we will work out a package arrangement. The image on the web has a copyright watermark on it, will that show on my print or download?
No, the watermark will be removed before printing and will not be part of a digital download purchase.

How do you set prices? Why do you charge so much?
Generally speaking prices are set by the gallery with the rare exception that an occasional exceptional photograph may be priced higher. My prices are set fairly, my objective is to be able to have professional equipment to shoot awesome images for you, that can not be done reliably with a $1,500 camera and lens, trust me on this point. I also respect the other professional photographers who earn their living shooting events so I don't give my work away for free. Sorry.
